Certicom Security entered into an agreement with Burtek, Inc. becoming their premier authorized contractor providing turnkey installation and service of CCTV surveillance systems through the U.S. and Canada. Burtek is a diversified, low-voltage electronics distributor that specializes in CCTV, data communications, intercom, audio, alarm, and access control products that are widely used in commercial and institutional security applications.
“Burtek has done a great job implementing its closed circuit television solution within the hardware store community” says John Tosches, the company’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “To date our new partnership has us providing turn key installations and service for national hardware and tool chains including Ace Hardware, Do It Best, and W.W. Grainger”.
In 2007 it is expected that Certicom Security will continue to grow its business through its new strategic partnership with Burtek, Inc. The two companies have scheduled to exhibit together at several trade shows over the next year which will no doubt increase their joint market share within the hardware store community. | | |
