You acknowledge that you are responsible for all use of the Website using your account, and that these Terms and our Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, apply to any and all usage of your account.

Unsolicited Submissions

These remedies are in addition to any other remedies Certicom Security may have at law or in equity.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Certicom Security and you (the "Agreement") with respect to your use of the Website. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Website must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
