When these special requirements do arise, we assemble a Solutions Team at our corporate headquarters to customize a solution for our client. Non-Proprietary Hardware Certicom will never try to lock you into relationship by using proprietary security hardware that only works with our systems. We use industry-standard, non-proprietary security hardware wherever possible. This security equipment is readily available from multiple sources and is compatible with most of our competitor’s monitoring services, in the unlikely event you choose to leave us. In addition, you get the benefit of the latest technology from leading manufacturers, with the best performance and pricing available. You can even select inexpensive imported equipment, if you want. And if you have a preference for a particular piece or brand of hardware, we will provide it to you. Of course Certicom tests and qualifies all the equipment we sell, to ensure that it will perform satisfactorily. Centralized Installation & Service Installation and service are strengths and priorities at Certicom. We see them as an essential part of what our customers depend on us to provide. Unlike our competitors , we never delegate installation and service to branch offices that are distracted by local priorities. We manage installation and service from a single point at our corporate headquarters, providing you with a carefully coordinated service program throughout your entire network of locations. You can count on us to be sensitive to communications and training issues while we get the job done, on time and on budget. In fact, we are so dedicated to service that, even if you didn’t buy your equipment from us and aren’t presently using our services, we are happy to provide our same high quality field service to you. Service is the Certicom way. Nationwide Project Management When you work with Certicom on a project, we appoint a project manager at our headquarters to coordinate every aspect of the program. The project manager is fully empowered to make decisions that support you and your specific needs and has full access to top management and the resources of the company. We never delegate project management to regional offices or allow your work to be lost in a bureaucracy whose priorities are in conflict with yours. System Management Web-Portal Certicom’s Web portal is not just another Website. It is a powerful tool that simplifies the management of our client's security, safety, and monitoring systems, wherever they are located. Customers can change passwords and contact lists, update user access, and review detailed reports. And we’re in the process of moving our Web-portal way beyond the realm of burglar alarm equipment management to allow our customers to interact with multiple types of video equipment, HVAC systems, people counters, and electronic article surveillance systems at their sites, without the need for multiple monitoring platforms. Additionally, when service is required, the portal’s service tracking system can initiate service tickets, confirm receipt of those tickets, and notify specific individuals each time Certicom advances work on any project. | |||||||||||||||
