And we’re moving our Web-portal way beyond the realm of burglar alarm equipment management to allow our customers to interact with multiple types of video equipment, HVAC systems, people counters, and electronic article surveillance systems at their sites, without the need for multiple monitoring platforms. Additionally, when service is required, the portal’s service tracking system can initiate service tickets, confirm receipt of those tickets, and notify specific individuals each time Certicom advances work on any project.

The Web portal also allows customers to access and interact with independent systems at remote sites like HVAC, EAS, and People Counting, eliminating the need for multiple monitoring platforms.
